Our Story
Hi, we're Lindsey and Jamie. Back in 2018, we started BiteMe Street Food with a simple idea: to serve delicious, mind-blowing food that people would crave. As a proud buisness serving street food in Cornwall, we wanted to share a taste of our 1970s youth—a nod to Cornwall's sunny beaches, surf culture, and laid-back lifestyle. What began as a weekend passion project has grown into a full-time commitment to quality, flavour, and fun.
At the heart of BiteMe is Sampson, our converted Rice Horsebox. We discovered him in a dusty carpark in London, gave him a complete makeover, and turned him into a rolling kitchen filled with life, laughter, and the irresistible smell of sizzling street food. Sampson isn’t just a food truck; he’s part of our story—a symbol of hard work, community spirit, and great taste.
